30-Day Return Window
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, products must remain unused and in their original condition. Whenever possible, returned items should also include the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required for all return requests.
Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene considerations, safety reasons, or item-specific restrictions.
Return Process
After your return request has been reviewed and approved, the SjclahDi™ support team will provide instructions for returning the item.
Unless the return is related to a damaged product, defective merchandise, or a shipping mistake, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by SjclahDi™.
